Polaris RZR XP S 1000 Rock Sliders Installation Instructions

For Models: RZR XP S 1000 (2025-2026)

Installation

1. Remove (4) T40 Torx bolts from rocker panel (2) on the side and (2) in the front wheel well and partially pull the skid plate down. (See Figure #1)

2. Repeat for the other side of the vehicle.

3. On both Rock Sliders pre assemble Tube Anchor Wedge, 5/16” Aluminum Spacer and M10-1.5x 60 Hex Bolts onto the center mount of each Rock Slider.(See Figure #2)

3. Place remaining 5/16” Aluminum Spacers into front Frame Tube Openings.(See Figure #3)

4. Place 1-1/4” Aluminum Spacer into the Frame Tube Opening in the Rear Wheel Well. (See Figure #4)

5. Using M10-1.5x 100 Hex bolt and 3/8" Flat washer in the forward mount hang the Rock Slider on the vehicle.(See Figure #5)

6. Using M10-1.5 Nylock and 3/8” Fender Washer loosely secure front mount.(See Figure #6)

7. With remaining M10-1.5x.120 Hex Bolt, 3/8" Flat Washer and 3/8" Fender Washer secure the rear mounts.
Repeat above steps for the other side of the vehicle.(See Figure #7)
