Kawasaki Teryx H2 Mid Exhaust Installation Instructions For Models: Teryx H2 (2026-2026)
1. Begin by removing the (6) Plastic Rivets and (2) 10mm head bolts secureing the Rear Fascia to the vehicle. 
2. Remove the Premuffler by removing the (4) 12mm head nuts and (2) 14 mm head spring bolt assemblies. remove the Ball Gasket from the Premuffler and set it aside for later reuse.
3. At this time Remove the Oxygen sensor from the Mid Pipe using a 17mm wrench, then seperate the Midpipe from the main Header by removeing the 14mm head Spring bolts and sliding it out of the rubber mount. (if you are carefull the spring bolt assemblies can remain captured in place by the Header heatshield)

1. Begin the installation by placing the Previously removed Ball gasket onto the Fixed flange of the New HMF Mid Exhaust.
2. Take the Provided (M8-1.25x55mm Hex Bolt and 1/4" Flat washer) and insert them through the right side hole of the flange on the Stock muffler assembly as shown. 
3. Now take the New HMF Mid Exhaust and hang it in place using the Factory Rubber Hanger that was previosly securing the Factory Mid Pipe.
4. Using one of the Factory Spring bolt Assemblies loosely secure the Left side of the Flange to the Factory Muffler Assembly.
5. With the HMF Mid Exhaust in place Fully tighten the Left Spring bolt assembly, Then using the provided (M8-1.25 Stover Nut and 3/8" USS Washer) along with one of the Factory Spring Bolt Assembly Springs and the previously installed (M8-1.25x55mm Hex Bolt) tighten the Right side of the Flange until both Flanges are parralel as shown.
6. Now secure the HMF Mid Exhaust to the Factory Header with the factory Spring Bolt assemblies and then install the Oxygen sensor.
7. With all the exhaust components tightend in place you can finally reinstall the Rear Fascia.
